Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should i book?
We recommend booking as early as possible - ideally 4 to 8 weeks in advance for smaller gatherings and 3 to 6 months ahead for larger celebrations or custom-designed events.
Do you travel outside city or region?
Yes! We're happy to travel to nearby towns and venues. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and setup requirements, but we'll discuss all details before confirming your booking - no surprises!
What if i need to cancel or reschedule?
Life happens, and we completely understand. If you need to reschedule, we'll gladly move your date. Cancellations within 45 days of the event will result in the loss of your deposit.
Do you work with my own vendors?
Absolutely! We love collaborating with other vendors - whether you already have a caterer, photographer, or entertainer in mind. All we ask is that you share their contact information with us at least 2 weeks before your event so we can coordinate setup and scheduling.
Can you create custom themes?
Yes! Custom design is one of our favorite parts of event planning.

We specialize in personal, heartwarming celebrations such as baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, parties, wedding celebrations, and retirement parties.
